Kelty Designs was founded by Kelty Lawn Care, in partnership with Three Green, LLC — a River Forest, Illinois local company with 40+ years of landscaping and hardscaping work across River Forest, Oak Park, Forest Park, and the surrounding suburbs. We've spent decades on the install side of this industry, and we built Kelty Designs to fix the part that always felt broken: finding a designer you can trust, and getting their plan built the way it was drawn.

At its core, Kelty Designs is three things working together:

• A curated designer marketplace. Every designer on the roster is hand-picked by us — we've seen their work and stand behind how they run a project. Hire one for plans only, or pair them with our install crews.
• A full Materials Library. A reference catalog of plants, pavers, natural stone, walls, edging, and aggregates — searchable by zone, sun, moisture, color, and material family, with specs and imagery. It's one of many sources our designers draw from; they'll spec whatever materials are right for your site and region, whether they're in the library or not.
• An AI Design Studio. Upload a photo of your space and explore ideas before a designer ever steps on the property. Concepts you love become the starting point for a real plan — and site measurements get translated into precise CAD drawings, ready for installation. See how it works →

When you're ready to build, Kelty Lawn Care — our River Forest, IL local installation company — takes the plan straight from paper to property with our own crews. One team handles permits, materials, hardscape, planting, and cleanup, so the finished space actually matches the renderings.

Outside our install area? You still get the full Kelty Designs experience. We'll help you source a vetted local installer to execute your plan, so you walk away with a builder-ready package and a crew you can trust — wherever your yard is.
